The Registered Nurse (RN) — Skilled Nursing role is onsite in Flushing, NY, with all shifts available and pay of $52–$53 per hour. The nurse joins Union Plaza Care Center’s nursing team in a skilled nursing environment. The RN provides resident-centered nursing care, monitors health needs, and coordinates with facility leaders, physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues. The role also supports nursing staff and helps maintain safe, compliant, and continuous care.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being
• collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
• assess residents and respond to medical needs
• maintain timely documentation
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards.
