Maintenance Technician – Apartment Property

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• monitor property and unit conditions and address or report unsafe conditions
• maintain grounds
• care for tools and equipment
• monitor parts and supplies
• restore apartments to market-ready condition
• inspect and maintain appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and fixtures
• change locks and make keys
• perform minor tile, wall, and painting repairs
• report major repairs and requisition needs
• follow housing, safety, and company requirements.
