Field Engineer – Industrial Implementations

What you'll do

• Lead customer installations onsite and remotely according to the implementation schedule
• assess electrical-panel safety and coordinate with customer electricians when needed
• install, wire, and configure monitoring hardware
• validate site connectivity and data flow
• capture machine information and photographs
• guide customer teams through remote installations
• submit installation reports within 24 hours and provide punch lists to the Technical Account Manager
• prepare hardware kits, audit inventory, troubleshoot remotely, and improve implementation playbooks. Travel up to 75%.
