The role educates referral sources about services, tracks marketing activity and benchmarks, and addresses issues that may affect referrals.

• Develop account-specific marketing and pre-call plans
• report plan effectiveness weekly
• meet marketing and sales benchmarks
• record account activity in the CRM
• build relationships with medical-community referral sources
• maintain referral-source satisfaction
• develop action plans to grow referral sources
• use marketing materials to explain services
• resolve referral-source concerns
• maintain confidentiality
• manage expenditures and submit expense reports
• comply with agency policies and regulations.
