The salary is $44,768.00 per person, with approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals, utilities, and more. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is responsible for providing a structured, family-like environment for approximately 8-13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Houseparents will manage daily routines, supervise students, administer medications, and drive students to activities, playing a vital role in the students' overall well-being and success.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
