What you'll do

• Provide remote and onsite support for computers, printers, peripherals, and business applications
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity
• set up computers, accounts, and office equipment
• perform diagnostics, upgrades, data transfers, malware removal, and replacements
• troubleshoot common network issues
• visit customer locations
• coordinate with remote technicians, vendors, and providers
• guide two bench technicians
• document work and follow issues through resolution.
