What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors, and customers
• verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests
• maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records
• monitor lobby activity and security systems
• report unusual activity and equipment issues
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of security-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification, computer or tablet comfort, access-control and badge-system experience, and a guard card or license are preferred. Schedule listed: Monday and Friday through Sunday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM.
