What you'll do

• Manage inbound Zendesk tickets from start to finish
• resolve issues and route or escalate tickets as needed
• develop subject-matter expertise
• share recurring insights
• maintain and refresh help-center content
• assist with share pools and cap table requests
• identify potential improvements using AI, automation, or other technologies
• support cross-functional projects as needed.
