What you'll do

• Build foundational skills through preceptor-directed orientation
• develop triage, lab interpretation, pathophysiology, pharmacology, time-management, and communication skills
• coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• provide continuity of care during 12-hour shifts.
