Village General Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage the village business plan, budgets, reports, and cash-flow forecasts
• recruit, train, supervise, and coach staff
• ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and regulations
• manage reporting and village-level legal matters with head-office support
• maintain risk and incident logs and facility work-order systems
• oversee facility standards and resident safety
• coordinate vendors and facilities plans
• manage marketing and occupancy initiatives
• build university and community relationships
• support student residence life programs.
