The Senior Archer Integrated Risk Management Developer / Analyst role is hybrid, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday, in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN. The rate is $65–$76 per hour. The role supports an enterprise Archer Agile Product Line across SaaS and on-premises environments. The position translates business requirements into scalable Archer configurations and workflows that support governance, risk, and compliance processes. It contributes through platform development, integrations, testing, release support, production troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.

What you'll do

• Configure and enhance Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, reports, dashboards, notifications, and access roles
• translate requirements into solutions
• support GRC use cases
• maintain data feeds, APIs, integrations, and automation
• participate in Agile planning, testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support
• troubleshoot configuration and data issues
• maintain documentation and transfer knowledge
• provide technical guidance as needed.
