The Mitigation Coordinator role is onsite in Halethorpe, MD; compensation is not specified. This role coordinates new restoration jobs from intake through scheduling and customer updates. It supports crews and customers by keeping job information accurate, reviewing paperwork, and addressing general concerns, including taking new loss calls on an every-other-weekend on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls
• complete initial job intake and verify information
• enter and sync jobs across systems
• schedule crews
• follow up with customers and crews
• review foremen’s paperwork
• update notes and dates in databases
• communicate job progress and resolve general customer concerns
• take new loss calls and schedule the on-call foreman every other weekend.
