What you'll do

• Respond to resident inquiries
• manage housing database questions and maintenance requests
• coordinate resident communications
• process bookings, room changes, check-ins, and check-outs
• maintain resident and financial records
• manage keys and parking assignments
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• conduct inspections and facilitate vendor access
• support housing audits.
