What you'll do

• Spend 50% of time in the field conducting structured ride-alongs
• observe customer interactions and provide actionable coaching
• identify strengths and skill gaps and create development plans
• reinforce sales behaviors and the Home Floor Advantage
• support consultants’ use of company offerings, sample boards, and technology
• track coaching effectiveness through conversion, ticket size, and customer satisfaction
• support onboarding and field training.
