The engineer leads and develops an engineering team and provides technical direction and project support for complex electrical construction work. The role strengthens engineering standards, quality, coordination, and processes so project teams can deliver constructible, accurate work and support the company’s continued growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team of approximately 8–10 professionals
• assign resources and priorities
• provide technical guidance and problem-solving
• review deliverables for accuracy, quality, constructability, and field usability
• coordinate with project management, estimating, VDC/BIM, field operations, prefabrication, procurement, and executive leadership
• improve engineering processes and quality control
• support design-build and design-assist projects
• provide technical input on drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction documents
• support value engineering, risk identification, and project execution.
