What you'll do

• Develop and deliver highway construction curriculum
• coordinate projects, including material selection and prioritization
• lead hands-on training with tools and machinery
• work in the field alongside students on program-related construction projects
• assess trainee progress through evaluations, tests, and demonstrations
• collaborate with unions and construction firms to align training with current practices and workforce needs
• travel to multiple work sites.
