Business Analyst, ERP Systems

The Business Analyst role is onsite in Shreveport, LA. Compensation is $62,000–$75,000 per year. Module X Solutions designs, engineers, and manufactures products for corporate and government customers across several industries. The analyst supports adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, primarily Sage 100 ERP and related operational tools. By translating business needs into documented processes, training, user support, and implementation actions, the role helps teams standardize workflows across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop process maps using SharePoint and Visio
• document current- and future-state processes
• identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities
• create ERP training materials, job aids, SOPs, and reference guides
• support onboarding and day-to-day user questions
• partner with the Applications Manager on implementation, rollout, testing, and validation
• coordinate training and change-management activities
• assist with data cleanup and process alignment
• gather requirements across functional teams.
