Automotive Guest Service Associate

The Automotive Guest Service Associate role is onsite in Williston, VT. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Welcome customers and introduce them to the dealership
• direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• contact sales and service customers for follow-up
• route questions and concerns to managers
• maintain the showroom and customer waiting area
• stock customer refreshments
• schedule and coordinate drivers for vehicle swaps
• communicate scheduling changes
• and assist with customer service and administrative duties as needed.
