The Digital Loan Specialist is an onsite, full-time position in Fort Worth, TX, paying $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. The specialist manages consumer loan, credit card, and new account applications through phone, email, and text channels. The role helps members navigate application decisions and documentation while supporting accurate processing, service goals, and fraud awareness.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming calls and online applications
• process consumer loan, credit card, and new account applications
• communicate decisions and updates
• review credit information and recommend suitable products
• obtain and verify closing documents
• resolve application questions
• meet sales, service, accuracy, and productivity goals
• respond to members by phone, email, and text
• comply with applicable financial regulations.
