What you'll do

• Greet and assist prospects and residents
• respond to inquiries and concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation
• create work orders
• support leasing files, appointments, tours, move-ins, and move-outs
• document communications in resident files
• provide reception support
• inspect community grounds and report risks or service needs
• assist with resident relationship-building activities.
