The Finish Machinist – 2nd & 3rd Shift role is onsite in Attica, IN, with compensation of $22.48–$37.45 per hour. Harrison Steel engineers and manufactures castings for agriculture, mining, and oil and gas industries. The machinist sets up and operates specialized machine tools to finish steel castings to close tolerances. The work supports production by programming and operating mills and lathes, interpreting machining code and drawings, and coordinating with colleagues to resolve machining issues.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and one to two years of relevant CNC precision machining experience; 5-axis and/or Mazak experience is highly preferred. Valid driver’s license required; must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a fork truck license.
