• Lead program operations and serve as the faculty point of contact

• develop and assess curriculum and program offerings
• chair the core faculty committee
• support scheduling and faculty collaboration
• lead recruitment and admissions processes
• teach in the program
• manage assistantships, scholarships, awards, internships, orientation, and student engagement
• track enrollment and graduation outcomes
• evaluate program staff.
