What you'll do

• Find and win spot-market project work
• secure rock, sand, and aggregate transportation projects
• grow recyclables business
• build and manage a pipeline of contractors, developers, engineering firms, municipalities, and industrial facility owners
• price and quote hauling and disposal projects
• coordinate job scope with operations and dispatch
• represent the company at industry events, bid meetings, and job sites
• track activity and forecast revenue in CRM.
