• Own recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
• source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and other strategies
• build talent pipelines
• partner with hiring managers
• screen candidates
• manage multiple searches
• provide talent-market insights
• support recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and targeted initiatives
• maintain ATS activity
• deliver a strong candidate experience.
