What you'll do

• Manage small- to medium-sized move and installation projects and supervise crews
• coordinate assignments with dispatch and operations
• review installation plans and prepare red-line and stick drawings as needed
• oversee loading, unloading, staging, and furniture installation
• complete project paperwork
• communicate with customers, account managers, and crew members
• support employee hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and timekeeping
• address customer issues
• and promote safety, service quality, and process improvement.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant move/install project experience, supervisory skills, advanced Excel, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid California driver’s license. Late evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs; monthly Bay Area travel may be required.
