What you'll do

• Lead the custodial team during assigned shifts
• assume supervisory responsibilities when needed
• maintain team assignments and schedules
• train staff in janitorial practices, safety, and contract standards
• complete quality-control checklists
• manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• handle minor equipment maintenance
• perform restroom cleaning, floor care, trash removal, dusting, sanitizing, and high dusting up to 10 feet
• and respond onsite within two hours to emergency calls outside normal operating hours.
