What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• coach, train, and motivate staff toward sales and production goals
• support marketing and social media efforts
• ensure customer service, donor interactions, and volunteer experiences
• assist the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management.
