What you'll do

• Schedule mobile service appointments
• communicate with customers and technicians

• optimize technician routes
• maintain schedules and address delays or cancellations
• track mobile-unit inventory
• support customer follow-up and feedback
• ensure compliance with program guidelines and dealership policies
• maintain appointment and communication records.
