What you'll do

• Assume management responsibilities when the Director of Transportation is absent
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports or audits for IDOT and community partners
• supervise scheduling staff and assist with operations staff supervision
• coordinate client-trip scheduling with outside agencies
• maintain the automated scheduling program
• manage daily payroll records
• assist with grant proposals, reports, and procurement documentation
• monitor capital needs
• maintain vehicle and transit-asset inventories
• purchase supplies
• enter invoices
• complete required training and certifications.
