What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair residential appliances
• assist with electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, generator, boiler, heating, fire suppression, alarm, resident alarm, patient bed, furniture, and light medical equipment systems
• maintain tools and inventory
• conduct building rounds
• coordinate preventive maintenance and replacements
• complete minor trade repairs
• communicate repair status to residents and staff
• close work orders
• participate in disaster and emergency response, fire drills, and snow removal
• take part in the rotating on-call schedule.
