Senior Program Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and direct major program phases, including sales support and proposal development
• serve as the primary customer contact and advocate
• negotiate requirements within company capabilities
• develop and communicate plans, budgets, timelines, and resource needs
• monitor progress, critical paths, and costs
• manage scope changes and re-baselining
• coordinate compliance with contractual requirements
• clarify ambiguous requirements
• identify and mitigate risks
• coordinate customer needs with organizational priorities
• forecast and communicate requirements
• report program status to stakeholders
• champion PMO best practices. Other duties may be assigned.
