What you'll do

• Translate internal requests into RFQ packages and purchasing specifications
• coordinate supplier technical and commercial reviews
• source MRO materials, parts, tooling, equipment, and supplies
• process requisitions and purchase orders
• follow up on deliveries
• negotiate commercial terms
• maintain SAP and material records
• resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies
• and support cost and inventory initiatives. Local supplier visits and urgent purchasing trips may be needed.
