What you'll do

  • Assist the BCBA team with materials, data sheets, and protocols under BCBA direction
  • support ABA data-collection software
  • implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials
  • collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes
  • review and implement consultation and supervision recommendations
  • participate in training, evaluation, and meetings
  • assist with parent training and clinical assessments when needed
  • communicate learner progress to the BCBA
  • provide in-vivo feedback to RBTs
  • assist with training on patient programs as directed
  • collaborate with the Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, and BCBAs
  • maintain RBT certification and required supervision hours.

Why this role
