What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, feeding, and mobility
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and errands
• encourage independence and activity
• monitor and document services, well-being, incidents, and concerns
• maintain a safe home environment
• collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Why this role
