Radar Technician

The Radar Technician role is full-time and onsite at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Compensation is not specified. TDXi’s Technical Services Division provides operations, maintenance, and training support for military and defense customers, including Air Combat Training System services. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on radar systems, uses test instruments to troubleshoot and repair equipment, and maintains technical manuals, tools, and spare equipment records. The role supports system quality, safety, and contractual requirements and may provide site support or backfill other technicians at Eielson AFB sites.

What you'll do

• Perform first- and second-line preventive maintenance and first- and third-line corrective maintenance on radar systems
• maintain and review technical manuals
• manage tools and test equipment
• manage spare equipment lists with logistics
• support Lockheed Martin when required
• backfill other radar technicians at Eielson AFB sites as needed
• comply with quality control and safety programs
• travel to remote locations with overnight stays as required.

Why this role
