Project Superintendent — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Plan project startup, scheduling, submittals, mobilization, site services, and security
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and utilities
• monitor onsite work, safety, quality, labor, equipment, and deliveries
• maintain project records and reports
• prepare look-ahead schedules
• attend project and safety meetings
• review costs and resolve project issues
• assist with punch lists, manuals, permits, and as-built documentation.
