• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• diagnose concerns using OEM-level test plans, scan tools, and verification steps
• handle electrical and drivability diagnostics appropriate to skill level
• document findings and repairs
• coordinate with service advisors and parts staff.
