Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The Project Manager I role is onsite in Tulsa, OK; The position supports MIRATECH projects supplying and implementing emission control systems, coordinating with customers and internal Engineering, Accounting, Production, and Sales teams. The project manager coordinates project scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and customer communication from kickoff through commissioning and warranty resolution. The role helps ensure contractual requirements are met and projects are delivered with issues identified and addressed promptly.

What you'll do

• Review customer and company contract documents
• attend internal coordination and kickoff meetings
• communicate with customers about scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details
• coordinate budgets and track costs and revenues
• identify and resolve project issues
• manage scope changes
• schedule and lead meetings
• coordinate startup and commissioning
• review submittals
• report project status
• manage customer documents and subcontractors
• coordinate warranty resolution
• travel 5–15%.
