What you'll do

• Build rapport with adolescent residents and provide emotional support
• assist with daily routines and treatment plans
• facilitate group and individual activities aligned with treatment plans
• model appropriate behavior and life skills
• document resident progress
• collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and support staff
• attend trainings and meetings
• engage students in the academic process.
