Compensation is specified as $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year during initial training, with potential for higher earnings post-licensing. This role supports the operations department at a major clean energy production facility. The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator license. Upon completion of training, the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to supervise the licensed activities of reactor operators in the control room and oversee equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform duties as directed by management including emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support.
