The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN, Flexible Facility Staffing role is onsite in Menasha, Wisconsin, with assignments in the Appleton and surrounding Fox Cities area. Base pay is $20.00 per hour, with additional pay opportunities for qualifying shifts or incentives. Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities staffs skilled nursing and long-term care facilities with flexible CNA coverage. The CNA provides direct resident care while supporting dignity, independence, and safety. Duties include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, vital signs, call lights, care plans, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, transfers, repositioning, walking, meals, and hydration
• take and record vital signs as required
• respond to call lights
• observe and report condition changes to nursing staff
• follow care plans and facility procedures
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• collaborate with nurses and care team members.
