• Provide direct and indirect PACU nursing care

• administer ordered medications and treatments
• respond to changes in condition
• collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams
• educate patients and families
• document care
• support patient safety and comfort
• participate in on-call rotations, weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling
• follow hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.
