Facilities Maintenance Technician — Electrical

What you'll do

• Conduct sprinkler valve, fire extinguisher, and emergency lighting inspections
• complete inspection reports and records
• perform flow tests
• coordinate inspections with outside contractors
• monitor and replace air-conditioning and make-up air filters
• repair lighting
• operate boom lifts safely
• troubleshoot crane-related issues
• support facility projects
• maintain oil spill kits and inspect oil storage areas
• perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on low-voltage systems and equipment up to 480 volts
• complete general facility maintenance and follow safety procedures.
