• Advise clients on digital marketing strategy and bring in team members to support client goals
• serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

• review account performance and guide client strategy
• coordinate timely, on-budget delivery
• lead client meetings and account milestones
• manage task delegation, follow-ups, scope, and budget
• support renewals and identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
