Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Days

Sign on Bonus Available up to $5,000. This position works one on one with patients in an outpatient setting. Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.
