What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents
• develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• educate patients on diagnoses, treatment, and symptom management
• lead process, psychoeducational, and skills groups
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, families, referral sources, and external providers
• participate in treatment meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
• complete timely clinical documentation.
