Preschool Teacher - Toddler

The Preschool Teacher - Toddler role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The teacher supports toddler learning and care at Arrow Christain Preschool. The role provides a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Through supervision, age-appropriate activities, positive guidance, documentation, and communication with families, the teacher supports children’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom
• supervise children and support their health and safety
• plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
• establish routines and guide behavior through positive redirection
• observe and document development, behavior, and incidents
• communicate with parents
• assist with meals, diapering or toileting, handwashing, rest, and transitions
• follow sanitation and childcare procedures
• participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
