What you'll do

• Plan cooking schedules
• prepare main dishes, vegetables, soups, gravies, hot breakfast items, and beverages
• prepare diet modifications according to resident needs and diet orders
• complete ingredient preparation and cooking
• portion servings according to standardized recipes and diet spreadsheets
• assist with instruction and supervision of food service employees.
