What you'll do

• Provide client service and guidance to field team members
• participate in training and developing the technical team
• configure and maintain servers
• install and maintain cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems, card readers, electronic locks, and related software
• test and commission systems
• troubleshoot issues
• train clients
• maintain service records
• collaborate on system integration and improvements
• maintain required certifications.
