The assistant works with the Site Coordinator, teachers, instructional staff, enrichment partners, and school personnel.
What you'll do
- Support academic and enrichment programming, including literacy, mathematics, and S.T.R.E.A.M.-based activities
- provide small-group instruction, tutoring, and homework assistance
- assist with classroom management
- supervise students during transitions, meals, and activities
- collaborate with program staff and teachers
- support project-based learning, arts integration, and cultural enrichment
- track attendance, collect data, and assist with reporting
- participate in training, meetings, and professional development.
